The Belchertown Police Department offers a variety of forms and documents online.  However, there are times when citizens are required to visit the police department to ascertain reports, log entry information and various other documents.  Reports and log entries can only be acquired via personal check or money order payable to the Town of Belchertown.  Prices are as follows:    Accident Reports:  $5.00 per report -  Log Entries:  $1.00 per page -  Incident Reports:  ¢.50 per page

If you are requesting a copy of a completed police report, log entry, accident report, offense report or arrest report YOU MUST complete a request form and bring it directly into the police station.  Reports are disseminated in-hand only and will not be mailed, faxed or otherwise sent electronically.
